Requiring two-factor authentication for your team
Admins of a company workspace can require two-factor authentication for everyone in the workspace, by turning on a security policy.
Turning it on
Open the workspace's Settings page and select the Security tab. Under Security Policy, tick Require two-factor authentication for all workspace members and select Save Policy.
What members see
Once the policy is on, any member who signs in without two-factor authentication enabled is sent straight to a Two-Factor Authentication Required page and must set it up before they can use anything else on the platform. See Two-factor authentication for the setup steps.
This policy is not available on personal workspaces — a personal workspace has no settings screen at all, so there's nothing to turn it on from. It only applies to company workspaces. See Managing members.
