Downloading a PDF report

Once a lookup has completed, open its detail page and select Download Report (PDF) to download a branded PDF version of the report.

The PDF contains the core of the report — lookup information, the risk score and band, the providers-disagree note if it applies, Assessment Details, Findings, All Risk Categories, and the exposure tables — laid out for sharing or filing outside Greengage. The Address Info section and the AI-written Detailed Report are shown on screen only, so open the lookup's detail page when you want to read those.

The Download Report (PDF) button only appears once a lookup has finished processing; a pending lookup has nothing to download yet. See Reading a risk report.
