Forgotten your password

Select Forgot your password? on the Sign In page, then enter your email address on the Forgot Password page and choose Send Reset Link. We'll email you a link to the Set New Password page, where you can choose a new password and sign in with it straight away.

Temporary password from an admin

Separately, a workspace admin can issue you a temporary password if you're locked out and can't use your own email. The next time you sign in with it, you're taken straight to a Set a New Password page and must choose a new password before you can continue — you can't skip this step.

An admin can only issue a temporary password to a member of a company workspace, from that workspace's members screen — personal workspaces don't have one. If you're on a personal workspace, use Forgot your password? above instead. See Managing members.
