How credits work

How credits work
Every workspace has a single credit balance, and every wallet lookup draws one credit from it. Understanding where that balance comes from and how it moves makes it easier to plan ahead.
A shared balance
Credits aren't assigned to individual people — they sit in the workspace's shared balance, and any member who submits a lookup draws from that same pool. There are no seats or per-member limits: the only limit on how many lookups your team can run is the shared credit balance itself.
Where credits come from
Credits are added to the balance in two ways: your subscription plan's monthly allowance (see Plans and credits), and one-off credit bundles.
Rollover and expiry
Unused plan credits can carry over into the next month, up to your plan's rollover cap — anything above the cap is not carried forward. Bundle credits are different: if a bundle has an expiry, its credits are only usable until that expiry date, whether or not you've used them.
